This week our wonderful house beers - locals HPA, a polished real ale at 4%, and Butty Bach, a marvellous premium ale at 4.5% – both from Wye Valley Brewery, are joined by the following:

Fox by Exmoor Ales – Goldings hops and Progress give a graceful and sleek malty mouthfeel, a burst of delicate citrus, and slight spice on the mid-palate, and a finish of soft bitterness. A delicious and lingering bittersweet character.. 4.2%

Through & Off by Fixed Wheel - intense and tropical, sustained impressions of citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit and pine needles throughout. Citra, Dana, and Comet hops. 3.8%

Alton's Pride by Triple FFF – a traditional English bitter - full and clean tasting; initially malty, then tangerine fruit and resinous hops build to a quenching bitter finish. 3.8%

L.O.S.T. - Live at the Old Street Tavern

This Friday we have metal fiends Mudlarker, and on Saturday we have an appearance by our friends, the one and only...

Then next week we have the weird and wonderful musical mischief of Koppelli, and opera classics from Trovatori.
